Very happy with the product, still ironing out a little issue which we should get resolved quickly, so overall an awesome product with good staff following up. One thing that was nice is the cable relief from the KVM to the switch part where it slides out, it is a plastic like a caterpillar box tube, as I have seen some with very little protection like this, really good!
